Abstract:
guanidine phosphate and biguanidine phosphate can be obtained by reacting guanidine carbonate and phosphoric acid in an aqueous solution to control the pH of the solution. The guanidine content determination, N content and P content analysis and infrared spectrum determination showed that the purity of the product was higher.

Abstract:
The Flame Retardancy of paper and paper products is one of the important fields of flame retardant research. In this paper, the flame retardant properties of impregnated insulating paper and other properties were studied by using the self-developed condensed guanidine phosphate as flame retardant. Compared with the national standard, the results show that the flame retardant not only can obtain good flame retardant performance, but also has little effect on other properties of impregnated insulation paper, and in line with national standards.

Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for determining guanidinium phosphate content in textiles and filling materials, comprising the following steps: 1) sample pre-treatment, cut with scissors or pulverizer, sample size does not exceed 2 × 2 × 2mm, mixed evenly into a clean dry self-sealing bag, sealed standby; 2) sample extraction: weigh an appropriate amount of sample, using methanol aqueous solution ultrasonic extraction; 3) using liquid chromatography mass spectrometry to determine the concentration of guanidine phosphate in the sample extraction solution obtained in step 2); 4) according to step 3) the concentration of guanidine phosphate in the sample extraction solution is measured, and the content of guanidine phosphate in the sample is calculated, moreover, the accurate determination of guanidine phosphate content in textiles and filling materials can be realized, and the minimum quantitative concentration is 5 mg/kg, which solves the problem that there is no method to detect the content of guanidine phosphate in flame retardant.
